Digital Platforms Management and Content Updates Manage the day-to-day maintenance and ongoing development of the digital platforms, namely Corp Site, Mobile App and Digital Screens in the Park; Accountable for the content management system, information architecture and content updates of digital platforms; Implement on-site SEO, including keyword research, and metadata management, to enhance website search performance; Analyse website and other digital performance using marketing tools such as Google analytics, Google Search Console, Google Lighthouse etc. and provide insights to drive continuous improvement; Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for new features and bug fixes, ensuring all digital deliverables meet quality and usability standards before launch. Project Co-ordination Working with the internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of enhancements to the digital platforms; Coordinate with external vendors, UIUX team and content marketing team for website design, content creation and digital asset adaptation; Support marketing campaign planning, tracking, and reporting for digital initiatives to maintain backlogs and documentation; Assist in the annual budget planning and tracking, and procurement processes Others Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
