Discover more at flashpoint.io Flashpoint is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to evolve and scale our proven, high-velocity growth engine. As the architect and operator of our paid media distribution strategy, you will leverage AI and automation to transform real-time signals into performance gains. With Qualified Pipeline as our North Star, you will own the experimentation loops across paid search, social, and emerging media to advance target buying groups and drive aggressive qualified pipeline targets. We have a role for you if, you: are motivated by Qualified Pipeline as your North Star metric and have built and optimized digital experiences to hit aggressive targets have consistently hit targets by optimizing distribution across paid search, paid social, display, newsletters, podcasts, OOH, and emerging outlets have designed and orchestrated campaigns that engage and advance buying groups in target accounts have built and run continuous experimentation and conversion optimization loops, turning real-time signals into compounding performance gains leverage performance analytics, and move fast from signal → decision → action → pipeline view AI as core infrastructure for how marketing is planned, executed, and scaled

Requirements

Digital Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity environments
A history of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns and budgets in high-growth environments
Are adaptable and thrive in a fast paced, mission driven environment
You believe that AI is a force multiplier, and actively embed it into how you plan, execute, and optimize marketing

Responsibilities

You’ve audited our digital marketing engine, identified friction, and shipped initial optimizations aligned to pipeline goals
You’ve activated an AI powered distribution engine—and the data proves it’s working
You will have a full quarter of wins and have identified big bets to drive the team to its annual target
