We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to serve as a key growth leader within our marketing organization. This role is focused on driving growth through experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross-channel strategy, rather than direct ownership of individual marketing channels. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the outdoors and a deep curiosity about how customers discover, adopt, and engage with digital products. You’ll work closely with the product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities across the funnel, design and execute experiments, and help ensure new consumer products and features launch successfully into the market.
