The Senior Office Specialist will contribute and collaborate with an inclusive FI team to maintain effective communication with self-directed participants and their designees, care coordinators, other circle of support members, brokers, and vendors. This role is crucial in maintaining the accounting of income and expenses for each self-directed participant, helping individuals track their contact information, program eligibility, and other necessary details. The Senior Office Specialist will also work closely with the Fiscal Intermediary Director and Business Services to ensure accurate monthly adjustments to the self-directed participant’s budget.
