Our Opportunity Chewy is seeking a Facilities Senior Coordinator to support workplace operations within our corporate hub. Stationed at the reception desk, this person serves as the first point of contact for Team Members, visitors, candidates, vendors, Board members, and our furry friends. We're looking for someone who Puts Customers First, Acts as An Owner, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional workplace experience every day. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace by overseeing daily facilities operations, vendor performance, workplace services, and site improvement initiatives. The Facilities Senior Coordinator partners cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, Security, IT, HR, and external vendors to ensure the facility meets Chewy's operational standards. This role serves as a senior individual contributor, providing operational leadership, mentoring junior team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
