About The Position

The Senior Manager RN ASC provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, Endoscopy, Pre-Op, and PACU departments. This position partners closely with physicians and ASC leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or seven years of comparable ASC experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in perioperative or endoscopy settings
  • Proven solid Microsoft Office skills

  • AAAHC preparation experience
  • Proven advanced computer skills
