About The Position
The Senior Manager RN ASC provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, Endoscopy, Pre-Op, and PACU departments. This position partners closely with physicians and ASC leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or seven years of comparable ASC experience
- Current BLS certification
- 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in perioperative or endoscopy settings
- Proven solid Microsoft Office skills

- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Specialty certification
- Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
- AAAHC preparation experience
- Proven advanced computer skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily ASC clinical operations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources
- Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staff
- Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety compliance
- Drive quality improvement initiatives
- Partner with providers and leadership to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction
