The Senior Network System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and implementation of IT Infrastructure including networks, servers, Microsoft tenant, Entra, Active Directory, and more. This role involves setting up and ensuring LAN/WAN systems and services comply with organizational guidelines, monitoring performance, maintaining domain registrations and certificates, and configuring email services. The administrator will also ensure systems are secure, updated, and compliant with policies, provide IT support escalation, track software usage and licensing, and troubleshoot remote access issues. A significant part of the role includes creating, implementing, and monitoring security policies, configuring enterprise security platforms like Fortinet and Microsoft security tools, and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The position also supports VOIP telecommunication systems, manages mobile devices, and oversees the security administration of major software systems, including cloud-based SAAS platforms, CRM, and ERP systems. Automation of system administration tasks using scripting and modern tooling, research and implementation of integrations between enterprise systems, and completion of training for new software systems are also key responsibilities. The role involves managing network printers and multi-functional printers, maintaining documentation, creating standard operating procedures, training staff, managing data backups, and staying current with industry technology standards. Participation in strategy planning, vendor management, leading projects, and completing audits are also expected. Occasional travel may be required.
