About The Position

Leads network and engineering implementation planning, execution and development through completion of assigned technical projects, and successful delivery of ensuring efficient resource use, compliance with industry standards, and successful delivery of technical network projects, while managing vendor relationships using Agile methodologies. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
3+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week.

Nice To Haves

Leads complex projects and large multi-site programs, guiding PMs and Engineers.
Offers technical guidance, manages vendors, mentors junior PMs, handles escalations, and resolves roadblocks.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.
Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.
Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.
Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.
Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management.
