Requirements
- 3+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience with financial modeling
- Intermediate ability to interpret and review financial modeling results to evaluate the financial impact of contract changes and develop forecasts
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL (read/write)
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and healthcare products
Responsibilities
- Support and validate lifecycle management of capitation agreements with providers
- Conduct analysis and reporting on performance of capitation agreements
- Interface with providers and senior leaders on performance lifecycle and revenue recovery
- Manage performance reporting and associated revenue recovery efforts
- Create and manage SQL queries
