About The Position

A strategic designer, project leader, and advanced troubleshooter for enterprise network infrastructure. Responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN solutions to ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and reliability. Leads complex projects, mentors junior staff, establishes network policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of specialized experience in server administration.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
Ability to be on call rotation for after hours requests
Travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and services
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.
Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing troubleshooting, coordinating timely resolution across teams, and documenting root causes and preventive actions
Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support, and when off rotation, remain available to receive, triage, and coordinate with other teams.
