Responsibilities

  • Lead network incident management to identify, analyze, and resolve faults from critical outages to customer escalations, while performing routine preventative maintenance and security checks.
  • Partner closely with Network Architecture to implement approved network designs and standards, while strictly adhering to organizational monitoring, alerting, and change control processes.
  • Work with global customers and internal partners on new installations and tech refreshes, while creating and maintaining detailed documentation of network configurations.
  • Remote but requires willingness to report to data center sites as needed, and involves working within a 24/7 support model (weekends/holidays)

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with your experience level.
  • Flexible work options and alternative work arrangements to support your personal well-being.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedules.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, certifications, and professional career growth within a global organization.
