Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience designing and operating large-scale data center and cloud network infrastructure with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security.
  • Strong knowledge of modern networking technologies, including routing, switching, network security, load balancing, virtualization, and software-defined networking.
  • An automation-first mindset with experience using Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools to automate network provisioning, configuration, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems and the ability to troubleshoot across network, operating system, and application layers.
  • Experience with Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and virtualized network environments.
  • Experience with network monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and incident response in production environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a passion for continuous learning, automation, and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Juniper networking platforms and JunOS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and evolving data center network architectures, including planning, implementing, and optimizing new network deployments to support current and future business needs.
  • Ensuring the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of our production and development network infrastructure by proactively identifying improvements and maintaining high availability.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, SaasOps, and Customer Success teams to design, deploy, and support networking solutions across private and public cloud environments.
  • Managing, configuring, and monitoring network infrastructure, including implementing configuration management, network automation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency and service reliability.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation to provide timely incident response and ensure the continuous availability of mission-critical network services.
  • Coordinate and execute data center visits for infrastructure deployment, server maintenance, and operational support.
  • Driving continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies, enhancing operational processes, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to network standards and best practices.
