Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, IT risk management, or a related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, systems administration, cloud technologies, and infrastructure security.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Understanding of cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with industry regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
- All candidates must live in, or be willing to locate to, the state of Maine.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, monitor, and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including cloud, on-premises, networking, and unified communications systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while working with vendors and internal teams.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, modernization efforts, and technology improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement solutions that leverage automation, AI, and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Plan and manage major IT infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the IT team.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and readiness.
- Participate in on-call support and provide after-hours assistance when needed.
- Support and strengthen the organization's cybersecurity program and information security initiatives.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor and manage security controls, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.
- Participate in audits, compliance reviews, regulatory examinations, and related remediation efforts.
- Conduct risk assessments and support third-party/vendor risk management processes.
- Help ensure the protection of systems, networks, and sensitive information through adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
