About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, build, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure—playing a key role in keeping our Credit Union operating seamlessly. You’re not just maintaining systems—you’re enabling every department to serve members without interruption. Your expertise keeps our organization connected, secure, and performing at its best.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in network and systems administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong expertise in networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure technologies
- Experience executing technical projects and delivering reliable solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, including escalation awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional travel may be required
- Participation in an on-call rotation
- Occasional weekend work based on project needs
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Passport

- Experience with financial industry regulations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage and support network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, and security systems
- Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency and foresight
- Contribute to technical projects and drive successful implementation of infrastructure improvements
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance
- Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and system integrity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions
- Respond to urgent IT incidents when needed
