Senior .NetCore Engineer + ReactJS + Claude AI @ Denver, Colorado, USA | Remote
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who excels as a technical leader, systems thinker, and architect. This role involves owning complex business problems end-to-end and modernizing legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in the Microsoft stack (.NET Core/.NET Framework, SQL Server), modern front-end development (ReactJs, Angular), and designing scalable, service-based or distributed systems within AWS environments. A key requirement is experience with high-volume batch processing and background jobs, particularly in processing large datasets reliably and efficiently for insurance workflows (eligibility, claims, remittance files). Candidates should be able to articulate their experience in designing, optimizing, or supporting batch processing systems in production. The role involves working within the insurance and payments domain, translating complex, highly regulated workflows into scalable technical solutions. Experience in healthcare tech, fintech, insurance tech, or other regulated B2B SaaS environments is advantageous.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years in a .Net Framework.
- Minimum of 3+ years in Reactjs.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core/.NET Framework.
- Strong proficiency in React and Angular.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and query optimization.
- Experience with high-volume batch processing and background jobs.
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with service-based and distributed architectures.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services with CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with complex data workflows and integrations.
- Comfortable working in AWS environments.
- AI-first mindset, actively leveraging tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience experimenting with agentic workflows or AI-driven testing is a plus.
- Experience in complex B2B SaaS environments where technical design decisions were owned and difficult systems problems were solved.
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems.

Responsibilities
- Own large technical initiatives from design through delivery.
