As Senior NBY Omni Activation Specialist, you will own how NBY shows up for consumers through sport. This role focuses on turning global and seasonal strategy into action—bringing NBY to life through priority sport moments, athlete storytelling, and connected consumer journeys. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong ownership, clear judgment, and the ability to drive work forward through collaboration and influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in brand activation, marketing, consumer experiences, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into executed consumer‑facing activations
  • Strong understanding of omni‑channel marketing, including digital, retail, and physical experiences, with fluency in digital consumer journeys & touchpoints
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Consumer‑first mindset with an understanding of sport, culture, and brand expression
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with teammates and leadership

  • Obsess the NBY consumer and moments that matter most
  • Translate global and seasonal strategy into clear activation plans
  • Execute NBY integrations tied to key sport moments and athletes
  • Support athlete‑led NBY storytelling with Sports Marketing
  • Share consumer insights with Design, Footwear, and Merchandising
  • Deliver connected consumer experiences across digital and stores
  • Improve NBY activation processes and ways of working
  • Identify opportunities where NBY can help grow the business
