About The Position

As part of our 'One Agiliant' vision, we are building a unified organization where business strategy, service delivery, engineering, and client success work together as a single team focused on delivering exceptional customer support. We believe technology should be predictable, proactive, secure, and aligned to business objectives. Through collaboration, innovation, automation, and accountability, we help organizations leverage technology so they can focus on their business outcomes. Agiliant specializes in serving mid-market organizations with approximately 100–500 employees, often operating across multiple locations and states with complex technology, network, security, cloud, and operational requirements. Our organization is built on strong relationships. We are committed to family, trust, creativity, kindness, generosity, community, personal and professional balance. Our environment is built on growth and sustainable success through leadership and innovation. We support a culture that makes an impact in both business and community. Agiliant's engineering organization is designed around clear technical leadership, strong domain ownership, and strategic use of technology and delivery partners. The Senior MSP Engineer provides overall technical leadership, architecture, standards, complex escalation, and project/change leadership. The team is supported by Agiliant's NOC, Microsoft CSP, SOC/MDR, and specialized implementation partners, allowing our internal engineers to focus on technical ownership, customer outcomes, complex engineering, and continuous improvement.
