The Senior MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient special or age-related needs. Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images. Requirements

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License
• National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging OR National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years Experience as a MRI Technologist.
