Senior Mortgage Loan Officer | Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) Build More. Stress Less. If you're an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) or Mortgage Loan Originator, Your job should be closing loans and not chasing leads, fixing problems, or fighting with operations. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
- Current NMLS license or previous NMLS license that can be renewed/reinstated
- Knowledge of residential mortgage products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage a mortgage pipeline
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans
- Guide borrowers through the home financing process
- Structure financing solutions that meet clients' financial goals
- Build and maintain relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Manage your pipeline from application through closing with dedicated operational support
- Assist borrowers with purchase and refinance mortgage financing
