About The Position

Priority 1 Lending is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) or Mortgage Loan Originator to join their team. The company has developed a system that allows Loan Officers to concentrate on closing loans while an experienced operations team handles lead generation, problem-solving, and operational support. This role is ideal for those looking to grow their existing pipeline or re-enter the mortgage industry, offering the necessary tools, support, and flexibility for success. The position involves originating residential mortgage loans, guiding borrowers through the financing process, structuring solutions, building relationships with clients and referral partners, and managing the pipeline from application to closing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
• Current NMLS license or previous NMLS license that can be renewed/reinstated
• Knowledge of residential mortgage products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and manage a mortgage pipeline
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
