Requirements

5+ years of mobile device experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple, and Android mobile platforms.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Responsibilities

Oversees and monitors the mobile application performance and integration within the organization’s systems.
Analyzes and reports statistics on all devices within the organization.
Maintains and documents current practices, policies, and provides strategic recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide effective IT support.
Develops and executes test plans to assess infrastructure and systems performance.
Manages and tracks IT assets life cycles for all mobility devices and platforms.
Conducts routine security audits and vulnerability assessments on mobile devices and applications.
Provides advanced support and troubleshooting for mobile device-related issues.
