As a Senior Mining Sales Representative, you will lead direct machine and solution sales for a defined international territory spanning Northern Latin America and the Caribbean. This role has a strong underground mining emphasis and serves as the primary commercial partner to Caterpillar dealers and mining customers across the region. You will shape portfolio strategy, influence dealer capability, and package differentiated solutions that benefit the customers in your territory. In this high-impact, highly autonomous role, you will influence dealer sales capability, identify high-value opportunities, and partner with customers to improve satisfaction and long-term value. This role blends strategic account leadership, consultative selling, and commercial execution — supporting dealers through forecasting, Go-to-Market strategy, and performance improvement.
