About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Military Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for military-affiliated talent, with a strong focus on data center hiring, while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers. This role supports a dynamic and growing field and emphasizes building sustainable military talent pipelines, developing local relationships with leaders and employees, and delivering strategic recruiting solutions that align with business hiring needs. This is a 12-month contract recruiting opportunity at Oracle, not an opportunity to join Oracle as a full-time employee. Candidates must be willing to work as a W2 contract employee through Oracle’s preferred staffing partner.
