About The Position

Geocgi is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to support the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC). This role will lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve business operations, automate workflows, and enhance enterprise capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong software development expertise with a consultative mindset and enjoys delivering innovative cloud solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role will be performed in a Hybrid environment local to the Washington DC Metro.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain ABMC Tier 1 Suitability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience developing enterprise business applications.
  • Extensive experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Solutions.
  • Experience developing applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience in integrating enterprise applications utilizing REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
  • Experience developing custom business logic, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud applications within federal or similarly regulated organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, solution design, and secure development practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Platform certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Power Fx.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Experience implementing enterprise business automation initiatives.
  • CompTIA Sec+

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
  • Develop enterprise applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Design scalable business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Develop integrations utilizing REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and custom connectors.
  • Extend Dynamics 365 functionality through plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.
  • Design and maintain Dataverse data models supporting enterprise business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and production support.
  • Develop technical documentation, solution architecture, and deployment documentation.
  • Participate in application lifecycle management utilizing Microsoft solution management best practices.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance system performance, usability, scalability, and security.
