About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to design, build, customize, and maintain enterprise applications supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Experience with Power Apps
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with Power Pages
- Experience with Dataverse
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Azure Integration Services
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Experience supporting Agile software development.
- Required Microsoft Certification: PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, MB-230, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages.
- Develop Dataverse solutions and Power BI reports.
- Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation.
