Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio (topics, triggers, Adaptive Cards)
• In-depth understanding of LLM-driven agents, prompt engineering, and context management
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph integrations
• Advanced programming skills in .NET, JavaScript, or Python
• Conversational UX design and user journey mapping experience
• Strong knowledge of data governance and security compliance in enterprise environments

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with YAML or DevOps-style agent authoring
• Background in ML or Deep Learning

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Agents to automate and optimize complex business workflows
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) for backend automation and business process integration
• Apply generative AI and LLM expertise to craft effective prompts, manage context, and deliver retrieval-based answers
• Integrate Copilot Agents with internal and external systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph
• Build scalable backend capabilities and custom skills utilizing .NET, JavaScript, or Python
• Engineer natural, intuitive conversational experiences while addressing ambiguity and fallback scenarios
• Ensure robust data grounding by connecting agents to enterprise knowledge sources and maintaining governance standards
• Adhere to strict security, authentication, and compliance protocols throughout the agent development lifecycle
