Creatr is a UK-based digital marketing agency operating in a high-risk vertical within the digital economy. We manage a portfolio of 18-20 clients (content creators) and drive customer acquisition primarily through paid media on Meta platforms. This is not a standard media buying role. We operate in one of the most challenging environments on Meta. Ad accounts get restricted and shut down. Infrastructure needs to be rebuilt, sometimes overnight. Compliance requirements are strict and constantly evolving. The pressure is real, the stakes are high, and the margin for error is thin. If you have not operated in this kind of environment before, this role will be a significant step up from what you are used to. We are looking for someone who thrives under that pressure, someone who sees a banned account not as a crisis but as a problem they have solved before and will solve again. The right person for this role is part strategist, part operator, and part firefighter. Monthly ad spend is $300K. The immediate priority is maximising profitability at current spend levels. The longer-term trajectory is scaling toward seven-figure monthly ad spend while maintaining that profitability.
