Requirements

  • Proven expertise in category management, merchandising, and supplier negotiations within complex retail environments.
  • Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, driving engagement and performance.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and digital tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize category performance.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive category and channel strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Skilled in managing supplier relationships, contract terms, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or related field and 4 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
  • OR 6 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
  • 1 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
