Lead, direct, and coordinate the execution of all field activities for the Mechanical and Electrical systems on schedule, in a safe manner, within budget, and to the quality level specified by the contract documents. This role involves acting as the liaison with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, other Turner staff, and owner’s representatives in resolving mechanical and electrical issues related to the project. The position requires developing comprehensive schedules for all project phases, creating tools for progress monitoring, evaluating subcontractor payment requisitions, and functioning as an MEP team leader. It also involves identifying logistical or field issues for the MEP Coordination team, preparing scope of work documents, ensuring work execution aligns with contract documents, pre-planning field activities, monitoring manpower allocations, developing solutions for conflicts, co-leading the turnover process, identifying difficult installation requirements, and co-developing the quality control plan.
