About The Position

Sobi is hiring three Senior Medical Science Liaisons to support lymphoma (lacutamab). This is a remote, field-based role supporting an assigned U.S. geography, with a strong preference for candidates located within 30–40 minutes of a major airport. The liaison serves as a scientific expert on cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and lacutamab, a humanized monoclonal antibody immunotherapy targeting KIR3DL2. The role builds trusted scientific relationships, exchanges balanced medical information, and generates actionable insights to inform U.S. Medical Affairs strategy and launch readiness. The position supports Sobi’s rare disease portfolio in hematology and serves as a scientific resource across hematology-oncology, dermatology, and dermato-oncology communities. It engages academic, community, and multidisciplinary care teams in accordance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. As a field execution role within Hematology Medical Affairs, it contributes field perspectives to the CTCL medical strategy led by Medical Affairs leadership. The Senior MSL develops external relationships, communicates scientific and clinical information, gathers and shares field insights, executes territory-level medical plans, and supports launch readiness and educational activities. The role also supports clinical development and evidence generation, collaborates with cross-functional colleagues while maintaining Medical Affairs independence, and manages territory planning, stakeholder priorities, documentation, and multiple projects. Frequent domestic ground and/or air travel of 60% or more is required, as well as attendance at local, regional, and national meetings, including occasional evening or weekend programs as business needs require. The base salary range is $215,000–$230,000. The role is eligible for short-term and long-term bonuses and includes a benefits package.
