About The Position

Sobi is hiring three Senior Medical Science Liaisons to support lymphoma (lacutamab). This remote, field-based role may be performed anywhere in the continental United States and supports an assigned U.S. geography; proximity to a major airport is strongly preferred. The Senior MSL serves as a scientific expert on cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and lacutamab, a humanized monoclonal antibody immunotherapy targeting KIR3DL2. The role builds trusted scientific relationships, exchanges balanced medical information, and generates actionable insights to inform U.S. Medical Affairs strategy and launch readiness. The position supports Sobi’s rare-disease portfolio in hematology and serves as a scientific resource across hematology-oncology, dermatology, and dermato-oncology communities. It collaborates with academic, community, and multidisciplinary care teams in accordance with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. As a field execution role within Hematology Medical Affairs, it contributes field perspectives to the CTCL medical strategy led by Medical Affairs leadership. The Senior MSL engages external stakeholders, responds to unsolicited scientific inquiries, identifies and communicates field insights, executes territory-level medical plans, and contributes to launch preparedness, education, congress activity, evidence generation, and clinical development support. The role also partners with internal functions while maintaining the independence and integrity of Medical Affairs. Frequent domestic travel of 60% or more is required, along with the ability to work effectively from a remote office and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
