About The Position

This role is responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, and optimizing inventory utilization. The driver will arrange merchandise for transport, perform safety inspections, load and unload products, and maintain company delivery vehicles. Additionally, the role involves handling customer complaints, performing warehouse duties as needed, and completing other assigned tasks. This position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call rotations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience
Meet requirements of all customer credentialing
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
Participate in on-call rotation schedule

Arranging merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
Reading maps and route configuration
Performing safety inspections in a transportation setting
Loading, unloading, or stacking containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments
Performing and/or scheduling preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.)
Keeping accurate maintenance records for company vehicle
Advising supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle
Fielding customer complaints, addressing them, and communicating as necessary to Branch team members
Performing warehouse responsibilities as needed and directed
Completing other duties as assigned
