Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4-7 years of media planning/buying experience.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience developing and presenting media plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with platforms like MediaOcean/Prisma, SRDS, Google Campaign Manager, MRI/Simmons, etc.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop insight-driven media strategies and tactical plans aligned with broader communications goals.
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact as you manage planning, buying and campaign delivery.
• Partner with internal teams, clients and vendors to execute integrated campaigns.
• Secure strong rates, added value and premium placements across channels.
• Monitor performance, report on results and identify opportunities to improve.
• Assess media opportunities and explore new channels and best practices.
• Maintain accuracy and excellence across all plans and deliverables.
