About The Position

We are seeking a senior, hands-on TV & Video Media Buyer who can own execution, optimize performance, and expand our efforts into OTT/streaming. This role is for a results-oriented buyer who knows how to buy, negotiate, optimize, and deliver ROI—not just plan. You will also oversee light operational support (trafficking, reporting) to ensure all campaigns run cleanly, efficiently, and accurately.
Immediate Scope of Work
Primary (CTV/OTT): Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for launching our brand on FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) channels.
Secondary (Linear TV): Audit the performance of our current TV network mix and provide actionable, expert recommendations for immediate optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on local and national TV media buying with proven expertise in OTT/CTV/streaming acquisition.
• Direct experience in legal advertising (SSD, PI, Mass Tort, MVA, or similar high-intent sectors).
• Data-driven mindset with a relentless focus on response metrics; strong track record of direct negotiations with stations and vendors; ability to move fast and remain accountable for delivery.
• Experience directing or managing media support staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Heavy experience in DRTV or high-frequency/low-cost inventory buying.
• In-depth knowledge of TV/streaming attribution methodologies (call tracking, view-through, matched-market testing) and advanced Excel/dashboard reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and optimize local and national TV (broadcast, cable, syndicated) alongside OTT/CTV/streaming buys across DSPs and direct publisher relationships.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily based on response, CPL, CPC, and ROI; swiftly identify underperforming inventory and pivot strategy in real time.
• Negotiate rates, added value, and premium placements with stations, networks, and streaming inventory providers.
• Direct and manage admin support to ensure seamless trafficking, accurate reporting, continuous pacing tracking, clearance verification, and delivery monitoring.
• Partner with internal creative and analytics teams to refine messaging, track attribution, and improve overarching campaign performance.
