About The Position

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join the Nashville, TN office. This role involves project management in conjunction with lead engineer responsibilities, requiring the ability to oversee the design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients. The position also involves writing responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications, mentoring and coordinating the work of designers and other technical staff, and managing tasks under minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Proven design experience with MEP building technology systems and related projects
  • Experience mentoring and coordinating the work of designers, and other technical staff on various mechanical or multi-discipline projects
  • Able to manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
  • Ability to work individually or in a multi-discipline team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus

Responsibilities
