About The Position
Reputable firm looking to add a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to their Sarasota office! This role involves working on a variety of projects across Florida, including industrial, airport, and symphony hall developments. The position also includes mentoring junior staff, leading projects, and assisting with business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with a mechanical emphasis
- 6+ years of experience designing HVAC systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for a variety of building types
- Project Management experience
- PE License in Florida and ability to gain in other states as needed
- Proficient in Bluebeam/REVIT
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of projects (industrial, airport, symphony halls, etc,)
- Work on projects throughout Florida
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Manage/lead projects
- Assist with business development initiatives
