Requirements

At least 10 years of mechanical engineering experience with substantial exposure to federal projects
Demonstrated success leading design-build projects (this is a must)
Deep understanding of federal standards, codes, and project delivery methods
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
Driven, resourceful, and passionate about delivering the best outcomes for clients

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a strong plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide advanced mechanical engineering design services for a range of federal facility projects
Lead and coordinate design-build projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams
Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations
Ensure all designs meet rigorous federal standards, codes, and client requirements
Drive innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor junior staff and support project management as needed
