Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic understanding of maintenance, construction, mechanical, or electrical principles.
Ability to safely operate common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
Willingness to learn a variety of maintenance trades and support multiple work functions.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively under supervision.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to support maintenance priorities and changing operational needs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or construction environment.
Exposure to preventive maintenance programs or equipment repair activities.
Technical training or certification related to mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled maintenance personnel in performing mechanical, electrical, civil, and general maintenance activities across the facility.
Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and office facilities.
Assemble, move, and transport materials handling equipment and maintenance tools as required.
Prepare work sites for maintenance and construction activities by gathering materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including equipment lubrication and basic inspections.
Assist with facility upkeep projects such as drain cleaning, concrete work, partition installation, and other site improvement activities.
Support electrical maintenance activities by pulling wiring and assisting with basic installation tasks under supervision.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company standards.
Adhere to all safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures while carrying out assigned duties.
