About The Position

The Senior MDM Program Lead combines business engagement, program leadership, solution architecture, and technical delivery to establish enterprise-wide Product 360 and Customer 360 capabilities using Informatica MDM, Data Quality, cloud data platforms, and AI-enabled data management practices. The role leads end-to-end MDM strategy, implementation, integration, governance, and managed services for Product, Item, Customer, Vendor, and Reference Data domains, with a focus on global Life Sciences operations. The position establishes governance frameworks, stewardship processes, data ownership models, and operational best practices, and partners with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT. It leads roadmap development, release planning, cutover, and hypercare, while designing product and item lifecycle processes, data standards, validation rules, hierarchies, classifications, and business rules. The role establishes trusted golden records and improves data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance across enterprise systems. The lead oversees Informatica MDM, Customer 360, Product 360, and IDQ implementations and enhancements, including match and merge, survivorship, relationship and hierarchy management, stewardship workflows, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and duplicate prevention. The role architects integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms, supports real-time and batch master-data synchronization, and applies AI-assisted approaches to enrichment, duplicate detection, data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, stewardship productivity, and root-cause analysis. The position also leads global MDM managed services, SLA and incident management, release management, continuous improvement, dashboards and governance reporting, and onshore/offshore teams. It supports resource planning, mentoring, capability development, Centers of Excellence, and reusable frameworks. Intended outcomes include trusted enterprise master data, improved data quality and compliance, fewer duplicate records, faster product onboarding, increased operational efficiency, and better reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management and MDM.
Experience supporting Life Sciences organizations.
Proven success leading large-scale MDM transformations and managed services engagements.
Experience integrating Product Master and Item Master domains with ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain applications.

Cloud and data technology experience with AWS S3, AWS Glue, AppFlow, Apache Airflow, Athena, Starburst, Oracle PL/SQL, and PySpark.
Life Sciences domain knowledge, including product lifecycle management, pharmaceutical product data, material master data, packaging hierarchies, Supply Chain master data, Commercial data management, Regulatory data management, and Manufacturing data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide MDM initiatives for Product, Item, Customer, Vendor, and Reference Data domains.
Define and execute Product Master and Item Master strategies supporting global Life Sciences operations.
Establish MDM governance frameworks, stewardship processes, data ownership models, and operational best practices.
Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.
Drive roadmap development, release planning, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
Design and implement Product Master and Item Master solutions for pharmaceutical products and related reference data.
Manage product and item lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, item creation, retirements, and synchronization across enterprise systems.
Define data standards, validation rules, hierarchies, classifications, and business rules for product and item domains.
Establish golden records for products and materials supporting ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and reporting systems.
Improve product data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
Lead implementation and enhancement of Informatica MDM, Customer 360, Product 360, and IDQ solutions.
Configure match and merge algorithms, survivorship rules, relationship management, hierarchy management, and stewardship workflows.
Design data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and duplicate-prevention processes.
Optimize MDM processes for scalability and performance.
Drive adoption of data quality scorecards and KPI-driven governance.
Architect integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise applications, including Salesforce, data warehouses, regulatory systems, and Supply Chain applications.
Design cloud-native integration frameworks using AWS S3, AppFlow, Airflow, Glue, and Athena.
Support real-time and batch synchronization of master data across enterprise ecosystems.
Implement generative AI and AI-assisted solutions for product data enrichment, duplicate detection, data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, stewardship productivity, and root-cause analysis.
Use AI-driven insights to improve governance and operational efficiency.
Lead global MDM managed services operations and drive SLA adherence, incident management, release management, and continuous improvement.
Develop executive dashboards, operational metrics, and governance reporting.
Manage onshore and offshore teams, resource planning, mentoring, and capability development.
Establish Centers of Excellence and reusable frameworks.
