Yourgi Senior Marketing Web Developer

About The Position

Yourgi is seeking a Senior Marketing Web Developer to build and manage their marketing websites. This role is engineering-focused and requires fluency in a headless CMS (Storyblok), modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js), and the ability to write real JavaScript. The primary responsibility will be building, maintaining, and improving over 150 individual brand marketing sites, each with its own style, from a set of centralized templates. The developer will migrate these sites to Storyblok, create new sites from a shared design without manual coding, and ensure they are fast, accessible, and search-engine friendly. The role also involves supporting ad-hoc requests from marketing and center stakeholders, integrating real-time booking functionality, and working with various data tools such as customer data platforms, CRMs, lifecycle tools, and analytics. This is a standalone position with the potential to shape the future web team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping production marketing sites, including 2+ years on a headless CMS and a modern JavaScript framework.
  • Real JavaScript experience in a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or Next.js), and judgment on when to use custom code versus the platform's visual editor.
  • Fluency in a headless CMS — Storyblok preferred; comparable platforms (Contentful, Sanity, Contentstack) count — with real experience running many sites from one system and editing content in bulk and in code.
  • Experience in a professional engineering workflow: Git-based version control, code review, CI/CD deploys, and testing before shipping.
  • Understanding how data moves between platforms, with hands-on experience in analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), customer data platform (Segment), and CRM/lifecycle tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze).
  • Hands-on experience wiring third-party tools into sites: booking, forms, call tracking, maps, and tag management.
  • Track record building marketing sites that load fast, meet WCAG, and rank well — Core Web Vitals and on-page SEO matter because they move bookings.
  • Strong design sensibility, able to turn a design into a polished, on-brand page; comfortable using AI tools to move fast without dropping the quality bar.
  • A portfolio of real, live sites you can walk us through, not templates.
  • Able to explain a technical tradeoff to a marketer and a brand concern to an engineer.
  • Based in the US and able to work regular US business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running a large fleet of sites, or a multi-location brand, from one system with automated site creation.
  • Storybook experience, or another headless CMS at scale, on a framework-based front end.
  • Ownership of analytics instrumentation and customer data platform, including event taxonomy and data troubleshooting.
  • Background in booking, marketplace, or local-services businesses.
  • Conversion and SEO win you can point to.
  • Experience in pet care, local services, or other fragmented small-business industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the center-site fleet (~80%)
  • Run 150+ center sites from one system, each populated with its own center's data.
  • Build new center sites automatically from a shared design and data — no hand-building — so a new center launches in about two weeks.
  • Make one shared change to templates or structure and have it ripple correctly across the fleet, without rebuilding every page.
  • Hold the quality bar on performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and on-page SEO — these sites drive local bookings.
  • Integrate real-time booking (~20%)
  • Integrate real-time booking into center sites, configured correctly per center, so visitors can book inline.
  • Wire each center's booking provider, forms, call tracking, and maps, and keep them working through site changes.
  • Partner with product and engineering on how booking behaves on the page, and feed back what breaks in the field.
  • Across all of it: instrumentation and data flow
  • Instrument sites so booking, lead, and engagement events are captured correctly and consistently.
  • Own how data moves between platforms — form submissions to the customer data platform, then CRM, lifecycle tools, and analytics — and verify it lands correctly at each hop.
  • Debug broken data flows end to end, and keep the event taxonomy and tagging clean as sites change.
  • Handle lead and customer data responsibly, respecting privacy and consent as it moves between systems.

Benefits

  • Health, vision, dental, long & short-term disability, and Life insurance
  • A Startup mentality company with stable funding
  • 401k match
  • Pet Care discounts
  • Flexible Time Off
  • Opportunity to grow your career with a network of like-minded professionals
