Cloudinary is seeking a senior, hands-on Marketing Operations leader to own all platform operations for Marketing. This role involves architecting and operating the MarTech stack to scale pipeline creation, activation, measurement, and cross-functional orchestration. It's a strategic position with deep execution responsibilities, focusing on designing and running the Marketo → Salesforce → data/analytics → engagement ecosystem, managing integrations (Infinigrow, Common Room, AdRoll, etc.), and leading an AI-first approach to orchestration across pipeline creation. The role blends traditional Marketing Ops/Platform ownership with MarTech + AI orchestration, applying and integrating AI features and agents across targeting, segmentation, campaign creation, audience scoring, personalization, conversational experiences, and data hygiene to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
