Caterpillar is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, Senior Marketing Strategist to lead the evolution of content strategy as a core pillar of the enterprise Content Supply Chain (CSC). This role will define how content is structured, governed, created, and activated across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring content is being designed as a scalable, reusable asset across channels and regions. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to partner across marketing, product, and digital teams to bridge technical product information with customer-centric storytelling, while driving alignment to enterprise goals. The ideal candidate will be capable of envisioning the way for Caterpillar to scale their CSC operations and have a deep understanding of modern marketing tools, platforms, and trends to continuously improve our content supply chain. They will evolve the existing strategy to meet business objectives for agility, accelerated delivery, and compliance, as well as provide activation support for our Business Units.
