About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist supports and contributes to marketing strategy and creative execution for key TruStone product lines, with involvement and ownership of key initiatives across multiple secondary product lines as needed. This position also collaborates and partners with the SVP/Director of Product Line Marketing to develop and implement product line strategies as well as all tactical and communication efforts. Through this work, the Senior Marketing Specialist helps ensure marketing efforts are aligned, impactful, and drive overall product line success.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office location; exempt.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an advertising agency, credit union or financial services organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Create professional correspondence using the appropriate communication medium, including editing ability.
  • Ability to lead small teams as well as participate and contribute in team environments.
  • Excellent public speaking and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with regular and changing deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Responsible for regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
