About The Position
The Seasonal Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the assigned division of the Bank. This role involves a mix of strategic marketing responsibilities and administrative duties to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office package software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple jobs concurrently.
- Works as a team-player with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry or related experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, or related field required.
Nice To Haves
- Mortgage marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Track, manage and respond to marketing requests, while coordinating with department colleagues to ensure requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and support lead generation efforts.
- Assist with invoice processing and budget administration within the marketing department.
- Oversee marketing onboarding for new sales members.
- Assist in maintaining the assigned division's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including adding, updating or removing marketing materials, and ensuring user accounts are updated as appropriate.
- Support the operations of the Bank's company store by managing third-party vendor and supplier and coordinating ongoing inventory management and order fulfillment of promotional items, apparel and other items.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, including mailings, email, events, social media content, promotional items, and administrative support.
- Design, implement and facilitate the use and distribution of marketing materials
- Work with internal teams across the organization to ensure all marketing content meets legal and compliance requirements
- Assist and/or coordinate special marketing projects as assigned.
- Support the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and other marketing activities, as needed.
