About The Position

As part of our ULTRUS® software marketing team, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of ULTRUS ComplianceWire®, our FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 validated learning and compliance management software built specifically for life sciences and other highly regulated industries—trusted by 23 of the top 50 global life sciences companies, supporting 1.6 million users worldwide, and delivering 800+ million trainings over its lifetime. You will lead, develop, and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, deepen user engagement, and highlight how ComplianceWire supports GxP training, audit‑readiness, and global regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product or general marketing experience with end‑to‑end ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Strong capabilities and experience working with senior leaders.
  • Effective skills and experience in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience collaborating with a creative agency, demand gen, and brand to drive cohesive market impact.
  • Cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority.
  • Understanding of critical digital and nondigital B2B channels.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong project planning and management.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical and scientific issues and translate complex information for nonscientific audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Creates the Marketing demand generation strategy and execution for the industry-leading ULTRUS ComplianceWire enterprise software for respective target audiences.
  • Collaborates with business leaders, sales, and product management to understand the product roadmap, competitive landscape, and key business challenges, driving demand in alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen positioning, support go‑to‑market strategies, fuel demand generation, and help translate technical capabilities into compelling, audience‑ready narratives.
  • Plans and oversees marketing investments, manages budget execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement and delivery of annual pipeline targets.
  • Develops the value messaging to support and drive new customer acquisition and retention strategies to deliver business growth goals.
  • Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape Marketing strategy.
  • Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to craft compelling content to drive full funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Partners closely with sales and seeks regular interaction with customers and prospects to foster continuous feedback loop.
  • Works independently and with respective marketing peers to work across the organization to cross promote relevant offerings with guidance in only the most complex situations.
