About The Position

407 ETR is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize promotion and loyalty campaigns that drive customer engagement, revenue, and value. This role blends strong analytical thinking with hands on campaign execution and cross functional collaboration, supporting continuous learning optimization across marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and business performance.

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience supporting promotions or loyalty initiatives.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly collaborative team player with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable embracing evolving technology and adapting to new tools and trends.

  • MBA an asset.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience; Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage promotions and loyalty campaigns across customer segments and channels.
  • Develop clear marketing briefs and support campaign setup, QA, and execution with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and results to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support revenue and customer value growth.
  • Track key metrics and prepare clear, concise performance reporting for stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams including Data, Analytics, Communications, Customer Service and Technology.
  • Contribute to test and learn approaches that improve customer engagement, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Stay curious and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and engagement.
  • Translate customer, business, and marketing needs into welldefined requirements and use cases, prioritize capabilities, and support solution design, testing, and launch to ensure delivered capabilities meet requirements and deliver intended outcomes.
