The Marketing Specialist provides day-to-day support to Product Managers, executive leaders, and cross-functional teams by coordinating assets, timelines, approvals, and communications across product initiatives. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, clear communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day support to Product Managers, executive leaders, and cross-functional teams by coordinating assets, timelines, approvals, and communications across product initiatives.
  • Supports internal reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and quality of output.
