About The Position

The Senior Project Manager turns company priorities into clear plans and drives them through successful completion. Working closely with leadership, this person leads projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners. Projects may include coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns, sales funnels, email campaigns, digital products, live events, and other major company initiatives. This is a hands-on operating role, not an administrative project management position. The Senior Project Manager gathers requirements from stakeholders, defines scope, identifies resources, maps milestones and dependencies, assigns ownership, and creates complete project plans. They then lead teams through execution, anticipate risks and blockers, hold owners accountable, verify deliverables, and drive projects to completion. The role also assesses and improves the company’s Project Management environment and Asana setup, and leads a Project Coordinator. The position is fully remote, with an 8–5 or 9–6 EST schedule. It is not available in California, New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. The company is a fast-growing coaching and personal development business founded in 2016, focused on helping entrepreneurs and individuals develop the mindset, tools, and practices to achieve their potential.
