Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing, agency, or creative operations environment.
Demonstrated experience managing intake processes, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable next steps for a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives and priorities into integrated marketing plans and campaign briefs in partnership with marketing and business development.
Manage the marketing team's intake process, ensuring incoming requests are captured, evaluated, prioritized, and routed efficiently.
Monitor and track campaign performance and KPIs, providing recommendations and insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
Lead capacity planning efforts to balance workloads across the team, anticipate resource constraints, and help leadership make informed resource and prioritization decisions.
Serve as a connector across teams — collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and project updates that give leadership and stakeholders clear visibility into team workload, project and campaign progress and performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping work on track from kickoff through completion while proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.
Maintain project management tools and documentation, ensuring the team has what it needs to stay aligned and organized.
Partner with business development and distribution on campaign requirements such as timing, communication tools or marketing artifacts
