About The Position

We’re growing fast, and every hire matters. Across 275+ stores, distribution centers, and our Store Support Center, hiring at scale relies on strong systems, smart processes, and clear execution. We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee complex marketing projects — including integrated campaigns, brand initiatives, and cross-channel programs — from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing initiatives, leading and developing a team of project managers, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver results on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to continuously streamlining processes and improving efficiency across a high-volume project portfolio. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and serving as a critical link between marketing, creative, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred, or minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in a marketing environment — agency, in-house creative team, or brand marketing — strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience directly managing or mentoring a team of project managers preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving/critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience in Workfront preferred.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation across a high-volume project portfolio.
  • Directly managing a team of three project managers, fostering a high-performing team culture through coaching, process alignment, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams — including creative, marketing, and strategy — to ensure project objectives are met, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes, implementing scalable systems and best practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, designers, and leadership, providing regular updates on project progress and proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success across all active workstreams.
